The English Language and Literature major aims to foster and produce intellectually well-rounded individuals proficient in English. To achieve this, the program provides diverse courses in English language, Anglo-American literature, and translation studies, cultivating not only professional English proficiency but also a comprehensive understanding of English-speaking cultures and humanities. Our specific goal is to create graduates with refined language skills, intellectual thinking, and sensitive sensibilities, equipped with a global mindset. Through a supportive educational environment that maximizes each student's academic abilities and interests, we strive to nurture individuals who can excel in various international fields as sought-after professionals.
